IDENTIFIED

Critical PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) have been identified affecting widely used web Software, including our Cloud Firewall/Gateway instances As a precautionary measure, we are immediately disabling external (WAN-side) access to the WebGUI for all affected customer environments. This will remain in effect until the firewalls have been patched to a secure version. Access to all cloud servers and services through the cloud gateways are not affected and remain fully operational If you require any configuration changes to your Cloud Gateway during this period, please submit your request to support@interworks.cloud and our team will handle it for you. We will provide an update once patching is complete and WAN WebUI access has been safely restored.
