Description

We would like to inform you that maintenance operations will be conducted on our systems in a continued effort to enhance our services. We will be performing this maintenance on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 20:00 (GMT +3) through Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 02:00 (GMT+3). The operations will migrate the tenant cloud firewall appliances to the latest generation clusters that are being deployed across the cloud infrastructure. During the maintenance window, each tenant cloud firewall will be restarted once in order to commence operations on the new infrastructure. This will result in a minor internet disconnection regarding the tenant cloud services which is not expected to exceed 1 minute in total for each tenant.
